We receive questions from timeshare owners who want to know how to stop ongoing telemarketing calls from companies claiming to be able to help them out of their timeshare. If you are in a similar situation and would like to stop these callers from contacting you, make sure you sign up on the National Do Not Call Registry. More information can be found on the FTC website here: https://www.donotcall.gov/.  This doesn't guarantee to stop all marketing calls, but it may help reduce the amount that you receive.

You may also want to reach out to your phone company to see if they provide any services to help screen these calls. Some phone companies help screen telemarketers by providing a recording that says:

You have reached a number that does not accept solicitations. If you are a solicitor, please add this number to your do-not-call list and hang up now. Otherwise, press 1, or stay on the line.
